Total compensation: `39.65 crore.

According to information gathered from the GHMC, the erstwhile MCH had furnished a requisition to acquire 47 acre, 32 guntas for constructing weir for protection from Musi floods and the current MGBS and Salarjung Museum have been constructed.

This area includes Survey no. 7 to an extent of 3 acre, 8 guntas and Survey no. 13 to an extent of 3 acre, 13 guntas of Thotaguda village in the erstwhile Musheerabad, present Nampally mandal.

Compensation as per LA Act in 1981

Land value @ `200 per square yard (commercial rate)

30 per cent solatuim

Interest from 9 June 1981 till 16 January 2015

Total compensation: `3.965 crore

However, the property owners have been asking compensation as per the Land Acquisition Act 2013
