Cong, TRS flaws help BJP grow, says Nadda

- DC CORRESPONDENT

Union minister for health and family welfare J.P. Nadda on Tuesday said that the BJP would play a crucial rule in the development of the Telangana state after the election results are announced.

The BJP leaders are confident that the party will expand its presence in Telangana in this elections and the party will play a crucial role in the state politics like never before. “We are receiving tremendous response from the public. The effective administration at the Centre, the people’s anger against the TRS and the unholy alliance of People’s Front have helped us strengthen our base in the state. The people of Telangana are unhappy with the alliance, as the party which fought against the Congress over Telugu pride has now joined hands with the Congress. This has insulted the Telugu people. Mr Chandrababu Naidu has proved himself to be a failure,” said Mr Nadda.

Speaking about the BJP manifesto, the Union minister said, “The NDA government has brought a lot more schemes at the Centre which are not mentioned in the party’s manifesto. The BJP is keen about the development of the entire country under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The states which have elected the BJP government are witnessing growth and the development. We are not at all bothered about the statements of Mr Rahul Gandhi, as he does not do any homework and comes out with some baseless statistics. The incapability of the Congress and hollow promises of the TRS are making BJP stronger.”
