DRUNK DRIVER RAMS AUTO INTO ARMY AMBULANCE

An autorickshaw rammed a military ambulance late on Friday night leaving five injured in Secunderabad.

The autorickshaw driver was in an inebriated condition and was carrying four passengers. The passengers in the autorickshaw sustained minor injuries.

Police has identified the military ambulance driver as Sandeep Kumar and autorickshaw driver as A. Shravan.

According to the Gopalapuram police, the military ambulance was carrying a cancer patient. The autorickshaw was coming in the wrong direction and rammed the ambulance.

Based on a complaint from the ambulance driver police registered a case under Section 337 of IPC on the Shravan.
