I-T RAIDS FILM DISTRIBUTOR NARANG

Income-Tax Department officials raided the properties of a popular film distributor and exhibitor Sunil Narang. Evidences of cash receipts have been found in one of the properties.

Nearly 200 people from the Income-Tax department raided popular film distributors and exhibitor Sunil Narang’s house and his office premises. Some of them were also checking his brother’s house and also Sunil’s business partners who include Sarat Mall owners Aslam and Sarath.

Sunil Narang has multiple businesses in Telangana state and he owned some and in some he is a partner.

He is the partner of actor Mahesh Babu in the popular AMB Cinemas, one of the biggest multiplex in the state. He is also partner of film producer Suresh Babu in multiplexes at Kompally and Hanumakonda. He is also into the food business, that include the 10D bar and restaurants near Botanical Gardens, Kondapur. He also runs canteens in most of the multiplexes and single theatres.

Apart from film distribution and exhibition, he is also one of the top financiers in Tollywood and recently entered into film production too. He owned many Asian multiplexes in the city, some partnering with Suresh Babu and one with Mahesh Babu.

He owns many food outlets in the city including 10D and Sound Garden. Most of the canteens in his theatres are owned by him.

His Asian Builders is also into construction while Global Cinema, Asian Cinemas are his distribution companies.
