Forever store clarifies query

-

This is with reference to the complaint against Forever Living Products by one Shahbaz Hussain on May 18. The information published in this case is inaccurate.

We do not cater to customers and walk-ins as our business and our offices are open for registered FBOs and their guests that can either visit us or procure their wholesale requirements through the website. Each individual member has a network of senior people whom he or she could contact or speak to in case of any difficulty. Since the members are active on a daily basis, all active teams are aware of the company office location and when the office has been moved.

Mr Hussain, being a member of FLP, should be well aware of the protocol. FLP does not make it a practice to announce the closure of a particular venue.

Forever Living Products has not made any listing of its locations through search sites. The question of removing or updating such listings therefore does not arise.

There is a clear-cut policy of purchase of products by FLP distributors which does not involve direct payment to an individual. The fact that Mr Hussain chose to make a payment to a random individual speaks of callousness and casualness on his part.

When Mr Hussain contacted our customer service team, we guided him with the correct information and assured that we will assist him in finding the perpetrators though our system. — Nikita Naterwalla
