Andhra Pradesh registered a single-day spike of 10,830
Covid-19 cases scaling up the overall tally to 3,82,469 and 81 deaths taking the toll to 3,541 in the last 24 hours.
The state health authorities released the Covid-19 bulletin here on Wednesday reporting that out of 33,968 samples tested, 10,830 individuals were
Covid-19 positive. Out of
34,18,690 samples tested so far in the state, 2,86,720 patients have been discharged after recovery while 92,208 patients are undergoing treatment.
Among new Coronavirus infections, East Godavari continues to lead with 1,528 followed by 1,168 in Nellore, 1,156 in Visakhapatnam, 1,065 in West Godavari, 913 in Chittoor,
786 in Prakasam, 745 in Kurnool, 728 each in Anantapur and Kadapa, 618 in Srikakulam,
564 in Vizianagaram, 532 in Guntur and 299 in Krishna.
East Godavari has been badly affected with more number of cumulative infections as it registered 53,567 followed by 40,845 in Kurnool, 36,948 in Anantapur,
32, 308 in Guntur, 32,717 in Visakhapatnam, 32,244 in West Godavari, 32,205 in Chittoor,
25,443 in Nellore, 22,411 in Kadapa, 20,104 in Srikakulam,
18,661 in Prakasam, 17,471 in Vizianagaram, 14,650 in Krishna, 2,461 from other states and 434 from other countries.
Rate of recovery has been good in East Godavari with
35,564 followed by 33,661 in Kurnool, 30,672 in Anantapur,

19,344 in Nellore, 16,496 in Kadapa, 14,325 in Srikakulam,
12,397 in Krishna, 10,644 in Prakasam, 9,970 in Vizianagaram, 2,461 from other states and 434 from other countries.
East Godavari has reported death of 11 patients followed by nine in Prakasam, eight each in Chittoor and Kadapa, six each in Anantapur and West Godavari, five each in Kurnool, Nellore, Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram and four each in Guntur and Srikakulam.
