The BJP, which is a junior coalition partner in the state government led by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s JD(U), has asked its MPs to visit atleast 60 panchayats, two each day, not in their own constituencies to meet people and also work to ensure the victory of NDA candidates, whether it is of their own party or alliance partners — JD(U) and LJP. For the Prime Minister’s monthly radio programme Mann Ki Baat in September, BJP leaders have been asked to make sure that arrangements are made at every booth in the state for the karyakartas and locals, while keeping in mind the social distancing norms and guidelines against Covid-19. Nadda held a separate meeting with Union ministers, including Ravi Shankar Prasad, Giriraj Singh, Ashwini Chaubey and Nityanand Rai. During the meeting with the party MPs, general secretary B.L.
