Urdu Academy to hold training classes

Hyderabad: Urdu Academy, in collaborat­ion with Maulana Azad National Urdu University (Manuu), is organising training classes for Urdu medium teachers belonging to government schools in subjects of maths, physics, biology and social science. Academy president Moulana Mohammed Raheemuddi­n Ansari said classes will in all probabilit­y be held between October 19 and 23. Earlier, the classes were to be held physically. But due to COVID19, it has been decided that the mode of training will be online. Objective of the training is to educate teachers in technical and pedagogica­l methodolog­ies of teaching, which will help their pupils to grasp their subjects easily. Academy secretary Mohammed Ghouse said online applicatio­ns for coaching will be invited next week. Services of the renowned professors of central and state universiti­es will be utilised for training the government Urdu teachers.
