This is India's firstsuch agreement with an African country, external affairs minister S. Jaishankar said while addressing the media with prime minister Pravind Jugnauth here.

He said it will enable Indian investors to use Mauritius as a launchpad for business expansion into continental Africa.

The CECPA provides preferential access to Mauritius for bulk of the trade and also for many aspirational items like frozen fish, speciality sugar, biscuits, fresh fruit, juices, mineral water, soaps, bags, medical and surgical equipment and apparel.

He said Mauritius will get preferential access for export of 40,000 tonnes of sugar into India. There will also be access for 7.5 million pieces of apparel.

Vasco, Feb. 22: Trailing twice in a high-pressure clash, leaders Mohun Bagan fought their way back and played out a thrilling 2-2 draw against

10-man Hyderabad FC in the Indian Super League here on Monday.

Aridane Santana (8’) put Hyderabad up ahead before Manvir Singh (57’) restored parity for Bagan.

The Nizams once again took the lead through substitute Roland Aalberg

(75’) before Pritam Kotal

(90+2’) found the net late to help Bagan snatch a crucial point.

The result effectively means that Bagan will have to wait for either Mumbai City to drop points in their next game or deny the Islanders a win in their last game to secure the League Winners Shield.

A win in this match would have handed Bagan the title.
