The Cyberabad Police and Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC) launched an online resource which will act as a one-stop-shop portal of relevant verified information of all Covid services for citizens of Hyderabad.

Launching the portal, covid.scsc.in, Cyberabad police commissioner V.C. Sajjanar said there is information across social media platforms with different sources which is not validated and is overloaded with information, creating fatigue among the public.

“The Cyberabad Police & SCSC felt that there is a need to launch a curated verified platform to make accurate information available to the public and those in need can find the relevant resources for immediate support. This was led by Pratyusha Sharma, Joint Secretary SCSC for Womens Forum to enable verified resources available for critical care, self care and preventive care services to be updated on a timely basis. The key feature is that suppliers or service providers can also register through a portal validated by SCSC,” said the official.
