KCR thanks voters for TRS win in bypoll CM congratulates Mamata, Stalin, Vijayan, Sonowal
Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao on Sunday thanked the electorate of Nagarjunasagar Assembly constituency for electing Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) candidate Nomula Bhagath with a thumping majority.
According to an official press release from the Chief Minister’s Office, Rao said, as part of the TRS policy, all promises made during the electioneering would be fulfilled. He assured to tour the constituency along with Bhagath and solve all pending issues.
The Chief Minister said the lift irrigation schemes sanctioned in Devarakonda, Nagarjunasagar, Miryalguda, Huzurnagar and Kodad constituencies would be completed on a fast track mode and water would be supplied to people at the earliest. He thanked the people for posing their immense faith in the party and his government’s welfare and development initiatives. “People strongly replied to the vicious campaigns let loose by vested interests,” he pointed out.
Rao said the party would rededicate itself and work with more vigour. Congratulating Bhagath for the victory, the Chief Minister suggested that the young MLA should make the best use of the opportunity to serve people and lay strong foundations for his
political career. He also thanked the party leaders and cadre who worked hard for Bhagath’s victory.
