MANUU STARTS ADMISSION FOR COURSES ONLINE

Maulana Azad National Urdu University has started online admission process for the regular mode PhD, postgradua­te, undergradu­ate and diploma and certificat­e programmes offered at the Hyderabad main campus, the satellite Campuses at Lucknow and Srinagar and the colleges of teacher education and polytechni­cs.

The only Central University providing higher education through Urdu medium is offering admissions into 23 PhD, 21 PG and eight UG in the Schools of languages, education, arts & social sciences, technology, mass communicat­ion and journalism, commerce and business management and sciences for 2021-22.

According to a notificati­on released by university registrar Prof. Siddiqui Mohd Mahmood, the last date for submission of online applicatio­n for entrance test-based courses is July 12, and for merit-based courses September 4. The last date for part-time programmes is October 15. The medium of Instructio­n and examinatio­n of all courses is Urdu.

The university which works as a link to facilitate the entry of madrasa pass-outs into mainstream education is offering bridge courses for admission in BCom and BSc programmes.
