Here is a recipe from Cen­tre for Sci­ence and En­vi­ron­ment's (CSE) book, First Food: Cul­ture of Taste. It is kPeepal Ki Bhaji with Kokumy or a dry curry made of peepal leaves cooked with kokum. Peepal leaves are known to cure asthma, di­a­betes, di­ar­rhoea, epilepsy, gas­tric prob­lems, in­flam­ma­tory dis­or­ders and in­fec­tions. They also cool the body.
