An unconventional recipe
Here is a recipe from Centre for Science and Environment's (CSE) book, First Food: Culture of Taste. It is kPeepal Ki Bhaji with Kokumy or a dry curry made of peepal leaves cooked with kokum. Peepal leaves are known to cure asthma, diabetes, diarrhoea, epilepsy, gastric problems, inflammatory disorders and infections. They also cool the body.
