CM calls Dashboard testament to his commitment for people’s well-being

-

CHENNAI: Chief Minister MK Stalin on Thursday said the “CM’s Dashboard,” a real-time monitoring of project implementation in the state, is a testament to his commitment to public well-being.

Launching the ‘Dashboard’ at the state Secretariat on Thursday morning, Stalin said that he insisted on implementing the Dashboard scheme in his first meeting of the government secretaries after forming the government.

“In order to give a transparent, capable and responsive governance to the people, I wanted accurate field reports on a daily basis for which I had discussed with many experts. Many of them said the dashboard information board is the best way to access information on a real-time basis using technology. As soon as I assumed office as the CM, I asked for the ‘Dashboard’ at the earliest during the first meeting with Secretaries to the government,” Stalin said, in a short two-minute video released during inauguration.

“Through this (Dashboard), we will be able to provide responsive, capable, and transparent governance to the people of TN. This government not only moves at a quick pace but also with wisdom. This government is not only about fast pace but also about precision. The Dashboard is a testament to my commitment to your well-being,” Stalin said.

State Water Resourses and Irrigation Minister Duraimurugan, IT Minister Mano Thangaraj and Chief Secretary V Iraianbu were present during the launch.
