OpenCores is one of the world’s largest site/community for development of hardware IP cores as Open Source. OpenCores.org hosts the source code for different digital hardware projects (IP- cores, SoC, boards, etc) and supports the users with different tools, platforms, forums and other useful information. The community receives a regular influx of profiles and projects from different companies and interested parties. There are currently 159,388 registered users and the site has approx. 500,000 page views every month.
