Keller joins AMD as chief of Processor Group

Jim Keller has joined AMD as corporate vice president and chief architect of microprocessor cores. He will report to chief technology officer and senior vice president of technology and engineering Mark Papermaster.

Keller will lead AMD’s microprocessor core design efforts with a focus on developing both high-performance and lowpower processor cores.
