Searching for a luggage bag for our long term Tiger was proving to be quite the challenge. Despite the epic overland capacity, luggage fitment is limited to Triumph panniers. Needless to say, they cost quite a lot and are a pain to fit and take out. Soft saddle bags dont fit due to the wide pillion grab rails and high-mounted exhaust.

Enter the Dirtsack Frogman, an all-weather tail bag that can swallow stuff of any size upto 50 litres. In perspective, Triumph's Expedition aluminium tail box holds 42 litres. The set consists of a 50-litre capacity dry bag, a harness that holds the bag and fits on the rear seat or rear rack of most motorcycles thanks to the four strap harnessing system and four durable straps that are made of aviation grade Nylon webbings, the same grade your seatbelts are made of.

The bag is made of highly visible yellow PVC that gets welded seams. The bag sits in the harness and is held down by adjustable straps and snap-fit buckles. The bag itself latches to the side of the harness via two snap-fit buckles. Dirtsack guarantees the bag to be waterproof provided you roll the top seams thrice before latching it to the sides. The bag is dust proof and weatherproof to an extent that you can leave your clothes inside the bag and they will still be clean and dry at the end of the trip. Once mounted properly, the bag does not move an inch. The harness also gets a handle on top of the straps that allows you to carry it as a duffel bag. It has a waterproof pocket on the side to store the straps and small valuables and gets high visibility reflective tapes on three sides. All this at a price of `3,850 make the Dirtsack Frogman quite a good investment.
