N TUNE WITH THE COM­PANY’S path of Trans­fer­mo­tion 2.0 ini­tia­tive, Maruti Suzuki has an­nounced that all its show­rooms will un­dergo a trans­for­ma­tion to a new age plat­form – the Maruti Suzuki Arena.

Cus­tomer de­light be­ing at the core, the Arena show­rooms will be the eas­i­est and most in­for­ma­tive way one could go about buy­ing a non-Nexa Maruti Suzuki ve­hi­cle. A re­vamped web­site will en­able the po­ten­tial cus­tomer to se­lect a pre­ferred slot to visit his near­est Arena show­room wherein he will be greeted by his own per­sonal re­la­tion­ship man­ager.

The Arena show­rooms will have cus­tomer en­gage­ment ar­eas such as the cof­fee con­sul­ta­tion area and the owner’s lounge. The com­pany will be con­vert­ing all its ex­ist­ing show­rooms to the Arena plat­form by 2022. Eighty show­rooms will go un­der the knife by the end of 2018.
