N TUNE WITH THE COMPANY’S path of Transfermotion 2.0 initiative, Maruti Suzuki has announced that all its showrooms will undergo a transformation to a new age platform – the Maruti Suzuki Arena.
Customer delight being at the core, the Arena showrooms will be the easiest and most informative way one could go about buying a non-Nexa Maruti Suzuki vehicle. A revamped website will enable the potential customer to select a preferred slot to visit his nearest Arena showroom wherein he will be greeted by his own personal relationship manager.
The Arena showrooms will have customer engagement areas such as the coffee consultation area and the owner’s lounge. The company will be converting all its existing showrooms to the Arena platform by 2022. Eighty showrooms will go under the knife by the end of 2018.
