HYUNDAI HAS BEEN A CONSISTENT performer in terms of delivering excellent vehicles along with good service backup over the last few years. The result is eminent with the manufacturer winning four ICOTY (Indian Car of the Year) awards, with the Grand i10 in 2014, Elite i20 in 2015, Creta in 2016, and the new Verna in 2018. The four trophies were also on display at the Hyundai pavilion at the Auto Expo. ICOTY is the most coveted and renowned award in India and is given to a car which is manufactured in India. Winning two ICOTY awards within a span of three years is a great achievement for Hyundai and displays Hyundai’s hold on emerging technology as well as study of emerging market needs in the country.
