Drive to curb tobacco sale near schools, colleges

CHANDIGARH: The Punjab government has decided to conduct special drives across the state to remove tobacco vendors near educational institutions and ensure anti-tobacco law guidelines are followed at bus stands. The decision was taken by Vini Mahajan, principal secretary, department of health and family welfare, at a state level coordination committee (SLCC) meeting.
