Haryana health minister Anil Vij, on a hunting spree generally, is missing from his home turf again. When an hour of rain turns his constituency into a swimming pool, where is he and his famous “aggression”? His city gets a maximum of 4 hours of power supply a day because the equipment is worn-out. Bringing over new equipment from Gurgaon, they say, will take a week. Vij, who suspended some electricity department officials when the power supply was disrupted during one of his meetings, is calm to see his constituents in trouble.
