SAD forms manifesto panel for assembly polls

CHANDIGARH: The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) has set up its manifesto committee for the 2017 assembly polls, with Badal loyalist Harcharan Singh Bains as its convener. The 10-member panel formed by SAD president Sukhbir Badal on Thursday evening will have party's secretary general Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa as its chairperson and education minister Dr Daljit Singh Cheema as the member secretary.
