Minor raped, filmed by college student in Bihar

MOTIHARI: A college student allegedly raped a minor girl repeatedly in East Champaran district. Police said Rupesh Pandey allegedly kidnapped the 13-year-old girl, confined her in a lodge at Motihari, and raped her for three days. The accused also filmed himself raping the girl in order to blackmail her and threaten her family, Haraiya SHO Sajjad Gaddi said.
