While the INLD rally remained in progress for over four hours from 10.30 am onwards, the Punjab government official helicopter made two rounds of the venue to monitor the crowd. The Haryana police posts on the protest march’s 2-km stretch allowed the workers only in groups. It appeared to have worked well, as at no point of time were the crowds uncontrollable.
