A stall for free distribution of sweet milk and jalebis was set up by the BJP MLA from Ambala City, Aseem Goel, for INLD workers. It remained the talking point among officials, media and even INLD workers. In a subtle stir, Goel did this to ”support” the INLD. The rally also had a high-voltage performance by a band in which a Haryanvi singer, Paramvir Fauji, sang, ”Josh mein bhar ke javenge, naher khod ke lavenge” (We will go with zeal, come back after digging the canal).
