DHBVN slaps ₹10cr notices on govt depts for pending bills

: Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) city circle in Charkhi Dadri on Thursday slapped notices to several government departments for their pending electricity bills have amounting to the tune of Rs 10 crore.

The DHBVN warned these departments of cutting their power supply if the payment was not made by the end of February.

The DHBVN said it had issued notices to these departments in 2015 to pay their pending electricity bills. After receiving no payment, the discom said it had again sent a notice on Thursday.
