GOVT TO SET UP REAL ESTATE REGULATORY AUTHORITY: CM
CHANDIGARH: The Haryana government has decided to constitute a Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in the state within six months. Chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar gave this assurance to Congress MLA Karan Singh Dalal in a written reply during the Question Hour of the ongoing budget session of Haryana assembly. Dalal had asked whether any proposal to set up RERA is under consideration of the government and the time by which it is likely to be constituted. The CM replied in the affirmative, saying that the authority will be constituted within six months.
RERA is to be set up to regulate the real estate sector and resolve issues between home buyers and developers. GOVT TO OPEN 10 DIALYSIS CENTRES Ten new dialysis centres in nine district hospitals will provide the facility to patients at affordable rates. The dialysis centres will be opened in Ambala, Bhiwani, Rewari, Panipat, Sonepat, Faridabad, Hisar, Yamunanagar, Jhajjar and Bahadurgarh, in public-private partnership (PPP) mode, said health minister Anil Vij. He was replying to a question submitted by BJP MLA from Panchkula, Gian Chand Gupta. Dialysis centres have been opened in Panchkula, Gurgaon, Jind and Sirsa.
Vij said the department has already signed agreements to open these centres. “Patients will have to pay only ₹959 for each dialysis as against ₹2,000 to ₹3,000 being charged for the same in the market,” he said.
