District attorney, SI suspended for laxity in duty

Haryana government suspended ADA and SI in Bhiwani and transferred a staff nurse in Fatehabad in different cases pertaining to laxity in handling PCPNDT Act, on Wednesday. An anganwadi supervisor was also suspended for dereliction of duty in a separate case in Hisar. Presiding over a division-level meeting to review the implementation of different schemes in Fatehabad, additional principal secretary to chief minister, Rakesh Gupta, ordered the suspension and transfer of many other officials, on the directions of CM Manohar Lal Khattar.
