Renuka Ramnath is new Tata Comm chairperson

Tata Communications on Wednesday announced that its board has elected private equity veteran Renuka Ramnath as the new chairperson. Ramnath succeeds Subodh Bhargava, whose term as independent director came to an end on March 30. Ramnath has been an independent director of the Tata Comm board since December 2014. She founded private equity platform Multiples in 2009.
