Nikita Goyal, who secured the eighth rank in NEET and is the only girl in the top 10, stayed away from social media for two years and focused on her studies. She says her brother, Nikhil Goyal, who is pursuing computer science engineering at IIT, Delhi, is her inspiration. “I just worked hard. My teachers were sure I’d get a single digit rank,” she said.
