State minority commission member blames Pakistan

Albert Dua, member state minority commission, who also visited Hero DMC, said, “A country like Pakistan that want communal clashes in Punjab could be behind the attack. There have been attacks on religious leaders... some hardliner group in collaboration with Pakistani forces could be behind the attack,” claimed Dua claimed.
