Retired DSP accuses son of fraud

BATHINDA: Police have booked a Bathinda resident, Rupinder Singh, for cheating his father, retired DSP Janak Singh in a property deal. The complainant alleged that he had paid Rs 26 lakh to his son for buy land and wanted 75% share. Rupinder cheated his father and has been booked under Section 419 (punishment for cheating by personation), 420 (cheating) and 467 (forgery of will) of IPC.
