Qatar announces €5 bn order for Italian warships

DOHA: Qatar announced on Wednesday a €5 billion order for seven warships from Italy. “We have signed a contract on behalf of the Qatari navy to acquire seven warships from Italy for €5 billion,” foreign minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani said.
