BJP MLA Premlata hails Varnika Kundu for showing courage

ROHTAK: Contrary to some voices in the BJP blaming Chandigarh stalking victim Varnika Kundu for going out late in the night, U chan a MLAP rem lata Singhh as come out in her support comm ending her courage for preventing a more serious attack from the boys, one of whom was the son of BJP state president Subhash Barala.

PremLata, wife of Union minister Bi render Singh, said ,“I commend her as she saved herself. Varna to kuchh bhi ho sakta tha.. Raat ka samay tha... drink un honekarrak hit hi( Otherwise, anythingcouldhavehappened.It was night time and the accused boys were drunk).”

It was not Varnika’s mistake that those boys followed her. We need to give more freedom to girls so that such incidents could be stopped,” she said.
