SIRSA: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP from Kurukshetra Raj Kumar Saini on Sunday said he will announce the formation of his own political outfit during the proposed rally in Jind.

Saini said this while addressing a press conference at Dhiktania village of Sirsa.

“Everyone was asking whether I am going to form my own party or not. Even journalists ask me the same question. We have decided to form our own party and will announce about it after the Jind rally in November. The party will be named ‘Loktantra Suraksha Manch’,” he said.

Saini said, “I have four points in my agenda. One is giving 100 per cent reservation to every community to restore brotherhood among everyone. Second, we want to attach farmers with the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MNRGA) which will improve their financial condition. Third, we want to provide employment to one person of every family in the state. Implementing ‘hum do, humare do’ is on our agenda.”

“Though politics is not my profession, I am here to become the voice of the public. If people give me a chance to run the state I will give it a new shape,” he said.

Earlier, Saini was in news after he demanding Haryana BJP president Subhash Barala’s resignation amid hrowing chorus by the Opposition in the wake of his son Vikas’s arrest in an alleged stalking case in Chandigarh.

The Kurukshetra parliamentarian had said the state BJP chief should resign on moral grounds and it may improve the image of the party.
