Man on frenzy, hits people with rod

NEWDELHI: A juvenile and his 19-year-old associate have been held for murdering their friend who asked them to return his ₹500, they had taken from him. Police said they were informed of the murder of a man named Jitender, who was stabbed to death in Shahbad Dairy, on August 8. Police said that the two had met Jitender in the main market near Shahbad Dairy and stabbed him in the evening. During interrogation, the two confessed that Jitender was pressurising them to return his ₹500 and also threatened to tell their parents about their habit of consuming drugs.
