Husband, in-laws booked for abetting woman’s suicide

BATHINDA: The local police officials have booked husband and in-laws of a woman for abetment to suicide here on Friday.

On complaint of Balwinder Singh, uncle of deceased Amandeep Kaur, the police have booked her husband Satnam Singh, brother-in-law Lakhwinder Singh, mother-inlaw Kirandeep Kaur and Lakwhinder’s wife Manpreet Kaur, all residents of Malkana village.

The deceased’s uncle alleged that accused Satnam had illicit relations with his sister-in-law and his niece was upset over it.
