EC TO TAKE CALL ON AIADMK SYMBOL ON OCTOBER 6

NEWDELHI: A decision on AIADMK’s party symbol, which was frozen by the Election Commission after a split in the party, will be taken at a hearing on October 5. The poll panel has given the rival factions, led by E Palaniswami and Sasikala, time till September 29 to file fresh submissions on their general council members and central executive committee members as on December 6, 2016.
