Haryana to observe Int’l nonviolence day from Oct 1

CHANDIGARH: The Haryana government has decided to observe the International Day of non-violence falling on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti on October 2 for four days from October 1 to October 4. On the occasion, programmes, street plays, peace marches and other such events will be organised. Seminars, and film-screenings will also take place.
