Needed: A strong Opposition

This is with reference to the article “When JRD called for a strong Opposition” (Ramachandra Guha, September 24). In order to bolster an Opposition, Tata supported the Swatantra Party in 1961. The situation is similar today where the BJP is all-pervasive and we need a strong Opposition. A strong credible face from the Opposition can seriously challenge Modi in 2019.
