FOUR BOOKED FOR RAPING MINOR

BATHINDA: Police have booked four persons for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl at Balraj Nagar here. The accused Gagani, his mother Rani Kaur, Jagjit Singh and Veera have been booked Section 376 (rape) of IPC and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The victim alleged that on September 30 she went to the market where she lost ₹100. Afraid of being scolded at home, she went to accused house, who is known to her family, where she was raped. The accused are yet to be arrested.
