HC notice to Raj govt on gangster’s killing

JODHPUR: Rajasthan high court on Thursday sought the state government’s response on a plea which demanded a probe into the killing of gangster Anand Pal Singh by police alleging that it was a “fake encounter”. Justice Pankaj Bhandari asked Rajasthan government to submit response by October 27.
