Dr Nupur Talwar

A dentist, Aarushi’s mother. She was summoned as an accused in the case in February 2011. She surrendered in April 2012 on Supreme Court orders. She had been charged with murder and destruction of evidence.

Dr Rajesh Talwar

A dentist and father of Aarushi. He was initially arrested by Noida police in May, 2008 and later released from jail. He was again summoned as accused in February 2011. He was charged with murder and destruction of evidence
