Robbers’ gang busted, five held in SBS Nagar

SBSNAGAR: The district police busted a gang of robbers with the arrest of five persons on Monday. They seized two pistols, eight live cartridges, a sharp-edged weapon and two motorcycles. Accused are Mithlesh Kumar, Nandash, Prabjot Singh,Malke et Sing hand Ram Pal. Two gang members, Jagdish Singh and Vikranmjeet Singh, are still absconding. A case has been registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the IPC and the Arms Act. HTC
