“Earlier, he collected money in the name Jat Global Mission and now he has formed Jat Seva Sangh and set up an institute to diverting funds collected for the quota agitation,” Samain claimed.

Samain said he was holding meetings in the state to expose Malik and now community members have come to know about his real face that how he was befooling them to earn crores of rupees. Malik refuted the allegations, saying, “Those who are opposing setting up of the institute were never part of the Jat agitation. They are playing in the hands of the government to suppress the movement. We have compensated all the victims’ families as per criteria. We cannot give them compensation as they wish.”

“Also the fight for reservation will continue and we will hold a meeting in the first week of December and issue a deadline to the government. We want concrete action and fast,” he said.

On allegations of misuse of funds collected from the donors, he said, “We have already given details of collection and expenditure at the district level. We purchased 16 acres of land for the institute. Everything was done with transparency.”
