THE GREAT THAI RESCUE MISSION
The rescue mission in Thailand represents the victory of human grit and determination. The coach and 13 young boys held on in the face of extreme difficulties and their endurance paid. The Thailand Navy SEALs deserve a big salute for carrying on the path of duty despite losing a diver in the mission. The whole world followed the near impossible rescue mission and got united in praying for the 13 ‘Wild Boars’. The mission should be made into a case study, and serve as an inspiration for the special forces across the world. Col R D Singh (retd),
