Human life is a mystery in which problems keep on befalling at regular intervals. Some people brace themselves for the challenges of life while others buckle down under the pressure of what seem to be insurmountable hardships of life.

However, giving in to the problems without trying to fight can be seen as lack of courage and an escapist attitude from the essential fulcrums of a balanced and blissful life.

Two important questions arise here: The first is, how to solve the problems of life without losing patience? One of the timeless treatises on braving challenges is to live life like an hourglass from which grains of sand drop one by one, over time. It means you should take up the challenges one by one. Trying to solve all the problems of life in one go is a waste of time. It has correctly been said that no man ever sank under the burden of the day. When the burden of tomorrow is added to today’s burden, only then the weight is more than a man can bear. So, leaving the future to God and minding only what is happening now prevents us from falling into the whirlpool of anxieties and stresses.

The famous Greek philosopher and mathematician Pythagoras used to teach his disciples to live for the day. Living myriad moments at a time is the root of human miseries. Learning to avoid the rush of an avalanche of problems is a timeless secret to gain emotional poise and happiness.
