HISAR : The Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) will take action and ask the police to register an FIR against those who created ruckus at the party’s Rohtak office and removed party leaders’ photos and the INLD flag, Abhay Chautala, MLA from Ellenabad said, while addressing a press conference at the Chaudhary Devi Lal Sadan in Hisar on Wednesday.

“We have received a video of the incident and will lodge an FIR against those who removed the flags from Rohtak office and disrespected the leaders of the INLD. And if the police also fails to take action, every INLD worker will start keeping vigil at every office of the INLD,” Abhay said.

Supporters of the expelled INLD leader, Ajay Chautala, and his sons Dushyant and Digvijay on Tuesday created ruckus at the party’s Rohtak office after submitting mass resignations from the party. The supporters removed the INLD flag and took out Abhay’s photo from the office, saying the office deserved to be with Ajay.

Abhay, who was here to give details about the Adhikar Yatra, said, “From December 1, the INLD is going to launch Adhikar Yatra from Kurukshetra district, in which the party will reach out to masses and tell them that how the BJP government failed to provide water of SYL canal and at all other fronts in the state.”

He further said for 18,000 group-D jobs, more than 18 lakh

youths filled applications, which shows that the BJP even failed to provide jobs to the youth. “If the INLD is voted to power, we will create government jobs, and we assure the youth that they will get examination centres in their own districts,” Abhay said.

Answering a question about elder brother Ajay Chautala during November 17 Jind meeting that he was “gifting” INLD to him, Abhay said, “Kyun us din kya mere birthday tha jo gift diya hai? (Was it my birthday that he decided to gift me the party?)”
