WE DID OUR DUTY, SAYS ABHAY
CHANDIGARH: Reacting on the break-up of alliance by BSP with INLD, Abhay Chautala on Saturday said that while he and his party did their duty to maintain the alliance, it was BSP which had decided to part ways.
``We gave BSP leaders and workers due respect and sincerely performed our duty as its ally. Yet, if the BSP has decided to snap ties with us, we cannot force it on them’’, he said.
The INLD leader further said the alliance did not work between two political parties by imposing conditions on each other, the way the BSP had put a condition of family unity for the continuance of the ties.
