FOUR HELD FOR SNATCHING

PANCHKULA: Four men have been arrested for assaulting and snatching gold chains of a software engineer and his friend near Madhna village in Panchkula, police said on Monday. The accused have been identified as Rakesh Kumar and Karish of Mohali and Vaibhav and Bhavya Chawla of Panchkula. Complainant Upinder Kumar of Mohali told police that the incident took place when he and his two friends were returning from Morni and had stopped to click some pictures on June 27.
